Our Ayurvedic Abhyanga Healing Ritual Kit allows you to bring this practice home. It features a Dry Body Brush to exfoliate and stimulate circulation, Sunflower Oil to hydrate and soothe, and Body Salve with a calming Earl Grey scent for extra moisture.
The Ritual:
1. Before showering, gently use the Dry Body Brush on dry skin, brushing upward from feet to heart to stimulate circulation and exfoliate.
2. After showering, pour Sunflower Oil into your hands and rub together to warm it.
3. Massage the warm oil into your body with long, rhythmic strokes for larger areas and circular motions for joints.
