The Ritual:

1. Before bathing, use the Dry Body Brush in light, smooth, upward strokes to promote lymphatic massage. Feel the energy flow through the body.

2. After bathing, warm a quarter-sized amount of Body Salve between your hands. Gently massage into damp skin using long, smooth strokes. Allow the body salve to absorb into skin.

3. Follow up by massaging a small amount of Body Creme to your skin. Starting at the feet, apply using short brushing strokes up the legs. Work into hands, arms and up to the shoulders. Massage torso towards the heart.

4. Before bed, lightly spray your pillow with Hydrating Mist.
