Very oily
Not sure if it does it's job on cuticles but it's very oily and gets on everything you touch.

Amazing
The Cuti-Cocktail oil is a healing powerhouse. I have been using it on my dry damaged generally painful cuticles and it has changed them into normal healthy skin. Additionally my husband always gets splits in his thumbs during the changing seasons, I started applying a drop to the splits and it healed them so fast and painless. I will always keep a back up on hand.
