We offer Slow Beauty rituals, and clean nourishing body care formulas to help you help yourself to shift your perspective away from anxiety, manage feelings of loneliness, and cultivate resilience.
Before Covid 19 pandemic mental health challenges were the leading cause of disability and poor life outcomes in young people. Up to 1 in 5 children ages 3-17 in the US have a mental, emotional or developmental disorder. Additionally, from 2009-2019, the share of high school students who reported persistent feelings of sadness or hopelessness increased by 40% to more than 1 in 3 students. (US Surgeon General issues Advisory on youth mental health crisis 12/7/21)
SPARITUAL wants to help. In December 2021 the U.S. Surgeon General’s Advisory published Protecting Youth Mental Health, a 52 page report outlining the youth mental health issues in our country, and urged people, organizations and companies from all industry sectors to get involved.
We at SPARITUAL are answering this call for help with the Out of the Blue Campaign, which includes a fundraiser and resource materials to help raise awareness of the mental health crisis in our country and hopefully reach people who are in need of help.
Often symptoms of anxiety and depression arrive out of the blue, and often the road out of a blue state of mind is uncertain as many adults and youth with mental health issues do not have access to the resources they require to help them navigate to a more positive, purposeful mental state into a life of well-being.
Our curated collection of 6 colors to help raise awareness of the growing mental health epidemic in our youth. All proceeds from ‘Out of the blue’ Sales will be donated to Drkbeautyhealing.org a mental health and wellness 501(c)(3) non profit organization whose mission is to support women and non-binary people of color on their personal healing journey.

Our Out of The Blue Campaign also includes a series of articles addressing key mental health issues. The Slow Beauty Journal reached out to mental wellness experts to share wisdom on how to manage anxiety, cope with feelings of loneliness and build resilience with daily practices.
