Basically just clear

I am trying to replace First Snow which is an absolutely wonderful clear topcoat with very delicate glitter! Moonglow looks sparkly in the bottle but applies just clear. No color, No sparkle!

Just shows up clear...

I guess it's just me, but this pretty much just applies like a topcoat for me. It's shiny, but I have no color and no sparkles even showing on my nails after 3 coats. It's so pretty in the bottle, though.
